Where did this idea come from? Jacques grew up in Bandol, France. This is a small town in the southern region of Provence. In 1988, he was asked by the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company to be the Corporate Pastry Chef, and he launched the opening of the new hotel in Palm Springs. He was asked a year later to join one of New York's most famous restaurants, Le Cirque. Over the years, Jacques has served kings, celebrities, and presidents many times and has won many awards. His venture into chocolate was a natural step for this chef who specializes in tempting your sweet tooth.
